GHPOA Board Unanimously Rejects Purchase of Clubhouse and Pool

Geist Harbour Property Owners Assoc. members overwhelmingly voted against the purchase of a clubhouse and pool facility owned and operated by the Marina Ltd. Partnership. "DUES would definitely have gone up and future ASSESSMENTS would have been needed for the purchase of the property and future upkeep and maintenance as well" said one member who lives in Feather Cove. "It is hardly the time to be considering a dues increase and possible assessments on the backs of GHPOA homeowners for an asset that 90+% of the residents never supported in the past" said another member resident in Masthead.
